Community Empowerment of Northern Virginia (CENV) offers affordable quality enrichment programs and services for children and adults. Whether it be the need of food, childcare, clothing, finances, our goal is to assist families in the ways that matter most. CENV is a 501 C3 non-profit dedicated to serving low-income families, single mothers, and at-risk children. We are supported entirely by charitable donations and  does not receive any funding from the government.
